Brief



Customer problem statement


Customer feedback indicated they want the convenience to view all image product offerings in one place.


Business needs


Offering all the image product in the pricing drawer needs to increase conversion.

The business wants to include free trial and the content to boost subscription purchases.


Design challenge & hypothesis


The challenge was to show all the product pricing in a small area and also include free trial.

I believe by reorganizing the type of products, will give a better way for customer to choose the best plan to purchase.

Discovery
Prior to getting started in collecting data points of the single image product before implementing the redesign. I’ve created the next action items.






Create
Visualized the work around to the dated layout for user test.




Test


Customers are interested in free trial for the asset they have selected. Customer are interested to know more about other product plans.


The first new product experiment that has a significant results that shows customer’s engagement. The data shown that customers are very interested in the single image product offering.






Implementation


Improved the pricing content
After understanding the research and testing. Is clear to leadership that customer need an all-in-one view for all the image products.

The product team has redesigned pricing drawer or modal too better show all the available products .
